Terms and Conditions: Wine Tasting Events
General
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- In all terms and conditions the expressions 'we', 'us' or 'our' refer to Passion4Wine Limited and the expressions 'you' or 'your' refer to clients of Passion4Wine Limited.
- All customers must be 18 years of age or older. By placing an order you confirm that you are over 18 and, if you are the event organiser, you confirm that all attendees are 18 years of age or older.
- Where a Temporary Event Notice is required under the terms of the Licensing Act 2003 we will, if required, assist you in supplying such notification.
Event Fees
- The fee will be based on the number of attendees, which must be stated at the time of booking, and the type of event. In return we will provide and present the wines, supply table biscuits and water and the loan of wine glasses and spittoons for the event.
- Any variations to the number of attendees must be notified to us as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days before the event. In such an instance we will agree a revised fee with you and issue an updated invoice.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the event fee is exclusive of any costs to hire a venue and/or to provide canapés or other food items.
- If you cause any breakages, loss or damage to our equipment during the event the full replacement cost will be charged to you.
Payment & Cancellations – Corporate Events
- Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee, payable at the time of booking, with the balance due at least 10 working days in advance of the date of the event.
- The deposit will be retained if the event is cancelled by you more than 10 working days in advance of the date of the event but may be used against another booking within 6 months of the original date; the entire fee is payable if the event is cancelled by you within 10 working days of the date of the event.

- Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee, payable at the time of booking, with the balance due on the date of the event.
- The deposit will be retained if the event is cancelled by you more than 10 working days in advance of the date of the event but may be used against another booking within 6 months of the original date; the entire fee is payable if the event is cancelled by you within 10 working days of the date of the event.
Liability
- Passion4Wine Limited has an Insurance policy in place which covers liability for injury and Third Party Property damage arising from a loss or damage, where it can be proved we have been negligent. No liability is accepted for failure of performance due to strike, lockout, hostilities or any other circumstances outside the Company's control.
Data Protection Act
- All personal details supplied will be used only by Passion4Wine Limited and will be treated as confidential. We do not sell or supply information to any third party. Please advise us in writing if you would like your details removed from our database.
